Overview

The Associate Director in the Aesthetics & PRM HEOR-Strategy will lead the development and execution of projects to support product approval and market access for AbbVie’s Aesthetics assets.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Epidemiology).
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or consulting.
• Expertise in patient experience data research.
• Experience with regulatory submissions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of clinical trial design.
• Ability to interpret and communicate research results.
• Willingness to travel (up to 15%).
