Associate Director, Global HEOR - Parkinson's Disease - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director works independently with guidance from a Director and is responsible for developing and implementing the HEOR strategy and tactics supporting more than one indication within the same product, or more than one product within the same indication, either US, or International or Globally, in compliance with standards and policies.

• Actively participates as an HEOR subject-matter expert in key cross-functional teams.
• Responsible for leading & conducting timely execution of robust & innovative research.
• Collaborates with HEOR centers of excellence to ensure delivery of robust research.
• Leverages outcomes research expertise to inform COA measurement strategy.
• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders and country affiliates for global HTA submissions.
• Develops relationships with key external thought-leaders.
• Responsible for project/asset specific budget allocation.
• Assures compliance of HEOR studies with established research standards.
• Effectively partners with internal stakeholders to disseminate HEOR evidence.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in health economics or related discipline.
• Minimum of five years working experience with Master’s, three years with PhD.
• Grounded in the scientific fundamentals of HEOR specialties.
• Capable of performing health economics projects with minimal oversight.
• Ability to present complex scientific programs clearly.
