Overview

The Senior National Account Manager at Abbott will manage the entire line of ADC Products to assigned national payers, GPOs, and Pharmacy Benefit Managers, focusing on improving access and market share for diabetes care products.

  • Establish goals and monitor progress for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on strategy development.
  • Requires strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Travel required: Yes, 50% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience in market access.
  • Experience with national payers and PBMs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial, managed Medicaid, and Medicare access.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • High energy level and positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated with career ambition.
