  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High energy level and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Negotiation skills and contract experience are a plus.
  • Military background or connections are valued.
