In Short

  • Manage sales activities of the Regional account executive team.
  • Train and develop the regional team to understand customer needs.
  • Plan and manage sales performance of distributor sales force.
  • Act as primary contact for distributor's sales and operations management.
  • Assist in formulating strategic sales plans and tactics.
  • Monitor market, customer, and competitor trends.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Identify and recruit direct sales professionals.
  • Manage performance of staff towards department goals.
  • Travel estimated to be 60-75%.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related coursework.
  • 3+ years of proven sales management experience.
  • 5+ years of related sales experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
  • Experience with third-party distribution organizations.
  • Strong internal and external networking skills.
  • Ability to carry out assignments with minimal guidance.
