Overview

The Strategic Account Manager will manage existing Channel partners and drive strategic initiatives for growth in the healthcare sector, specifically in toxicology.

In Short

  • Manage existing Channel partners and Direct Employer clients.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and incremental growth.
  • Meet or exceed financial plans for growth.
  • Maximize the value of Workplace Solutions products.
  • Develop relationships with senior executives at key accounts.
  • Lead account renewals and proposals.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com and PowerBI for sales management.
  • Participate in sales training opportunities.
  • Travel required: 50% plus overnight.
  • Work in a matrix management environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 7-10 years of Sales and/or Account Management experience.
  • Ability to negotiate large contracts.
  • Proven track record with large clients.
  • High level of business and financial acumen.
  • MS Office experience.
  • Experience in Toxicology or related field preferred.
  • Experience selling to large complex customers preferred.
  • Solution Sales approach preferred.
