Technical Lead - Remote

Overview

The Technical Lead will work closely with customers and project managers to define requirements, develop proposals, and lead technical delivery for software implementations and upgrades, while also mentoring project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in the electricity industry.
• Strong analysis and requirements management skills.
• Experience with software development and SDLC.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems creatively.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge of SCADA and energy management systems.
• Hands-on experience with relevant software tools.
