We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our UK Digital Data & Cloud Practice. Our Digital Practice is expanding rapidly and there will be an opportunity for you to achieve medium and long-term career goals. You will work on challenging large scale transformational and migration projects within both public and private sector.

In Short

Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-based software applications.
Provide technical leadership to coordinate and deliver scalable, secure solutions.
Work within a project management/agile delivery methodology.
Take technical ownership for a product or software solution.
Document solutions including architecture and configuration.
Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Communicate technical designs clearly to various stakeholders.
Provide knowledge transfer to team members and customers.
Manage, coach, and develop junior team members.
Facilitate team collaboration and communication.

Requirements

Deep understanding of coding best practices and architectural patterns.
Hands-on experience with frontend technologies like React and Angular.
Backend development experience with Node.js and Java.
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Strong experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools.
Experience in developing REST-based APIs.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
Experience developing solutions on AWS Cloud.
Ability to lead stakeholder engagements.
Mentorship skills for junior team members.
