The Operations Administrator plays a crucial role in the license resale process at Version 1, ensuring accurate record-keeping and facilitating communication with vendors and customers.

In Short

  • Contribute to the license resale process across Version 1 group.
  • Maintain up-to-date license fulfilment records.
  • Provide software and hardware quotes and ordering documents.
  • Liaise with vendors and customers for resale opportunities.
  • Monitor and organize the License Queries inbox.
  • Create order documents based on customer agreements.
  • Assist in invoicing and order processing.
  • Build relationships with distributors and vendors.
  • Work closely with internal teams for coordination.
  • Adapt to changes in the work environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with software licensing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
