Overview

The Home Care Acquisition Manager is responsible for signing strategic home care agencies into the A Place for Mom network, ensuring the right agencies are available to meet referral needs.

In Short

  • Manage multiple geographical markets to sign high-potential home care agencies.
  • Educate agencies on A Place for Mom's value and set expectations.
  • Sign new agencies that meet customer qualifications.
  • Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and monthly goals.
  • Ensure success of new agencies by collecting necessary information for onboarding.
  • Maintain detailed notes and document sales activity in CRM.
  • Communicate with the Manager of Home Care Acquisitions and prepare reports.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in senior or home care.
  • Hunter mentality and highly organized.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to enter data accurately into CRM tools.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Comfortable with data tracking and analysis.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft and Google suites.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
