Overview

The Director of Product Design will lead and scale the design organization at A Place for Mom, driving the strategy and execution of platform experiences while ensuring user-centered design principles are at the forefront.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in digital product design.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in leading design teams.
• Deep understanding of UX and interaction design.
• Strong portfolio of user-facing work.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience building and scaling design systems.
• Bonus: Background in healthcare or senior services.
