Requirements

• 10+ years in user experience and product design, leading teams in a SaaS environment.
• Experience designing complex web and mobile products with cross-functional teams.
• A compelling online portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles.
• Deep understanding of design systems across product lines.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale.
• Experience with distributed teams and different cultural styles.
• Strong business acumen regarding design's impact on outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving industry.
• Curiosity and passion for solving complex challenges.
• Interest in fleet management or logistics is a plus.
