8Fleet is hiring a Senior Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish, helping the company find and hire the most qualified candidates.

In Short

• Oversee the full cycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Post job ads and attract candidates through various channels.
• Devise sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Build relationships across the organization.
• Manage data associated with the recruitment process.
• Promote a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate background checks and drug tests.
• Assess candidates for qualification and cultural fit.
• Facilitate the negotiation process.
• Assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting.
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
• Strong knowledge of candidate selection methods.
• Excellent knowledge of market trends and best practices.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills.
• Integrity and confidentiality.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $75,000 - 85,000.
• Annual bonus and stock option award.
• Eligibility for company incentive or bonus program.
