8Fleet is hiring a Junior Recruiter to support the recruiting process from start to finish, helping the company find and hire qualified candidates.

In Short

• Post job ads on professional sites and attract candidates.
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
• Schedule calls and interviews.
• Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates.
• Use recruiting software to track open roles.
• Send out bulk emails and handle paperwork.
• Coordinate drug tests and background checks.
• Participate in recruiting events.
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter.
• Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Tech-savvy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple calendars.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
