In Short

  • The Sales Training Manager reports to the Global Lead, Education and Development.
  • Responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating sales training programs.
  • Enhance the effectiveness of the sales team through comprehensive training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business objectives.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
  • Support sales meetings, conferences, and product launches.
  • Travel as needed for training sessions and field coaching.
  • Promote an inclusive environment within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field.
  • 5+ years in medical device sales or sales training.
  • Experience in instructional design and training program development.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex information into understandable concepts.
  • Proficiency in e-learning tools and sales enablement platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
