In Short

• Conducts technical training courses for customers and/or employees.
• Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for course content.
• Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation and software documentation.
• Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions.
• Develops and updates training materials in collaboration with the Standards & Content team.
• Identifies training needs through consultation to develop training programs.
• Maintains high professional knowledge and safety consciousness.
• Collects technical information on VMS products to update training materials.
• Fluency in English required, German language skills desirable.
• Willingness to work normal and non-normal hours as required.

Requirements

• Graduate of Technical Institute or University in electronics, IT engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years ARIA and Eclipse field service or installation experience.
• Good knowledge of PC-based systems and excellent IT networking skills.
• Basic clinical knowledge is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and self-management skills.
• Understanding of adult education methodologies.
