Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of commercial experience, preferably in Diagnostics or Medical Device industry.
• 3+ years of successful sales training experience required.
• Proficiency in customer-focused training development.
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
• Master’s degree and Learning and Development certification preferred.
• Outstanding facilitation and communication skills.
• Bi-Lingual in English with Spanish, French, or Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience with training administration and compliance.
• Familiarity with instructional design tools like Adobe InDesign and Storyline.
