• End to End Product Ownership: Product definition, product launch, go-to-market, commercial positioning, and related campaigns.
• Develop customer insights to serve as an Atellica systems expert.
• Understand competitive offerings and provide commercial organizations with appropriate positioning.
• Ensure that appropriate Customer Requirements/Design Inputs are crafted to guide the development team.
• Utilize market research and customer input to ensure profitable products are delivered to market.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing and product management experience required.
• Clinical Chemistry or Immunoassay experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence across departments.
• Excellent communication skills to deliver messaging to different audiences.
• Travel up to 20% required.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business, life sciences, engineering or related technical discipline; MBA preferred.
• Core Lab Diagnostics IVD experience required.
• Global awareness and ability to work effectively across multiple countries.
• Customer-centric approach to translate insights into actions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
