At 1KOMMA5°, we are building Europe's leading energy software platform "Heartbeat" and creating a virtual power plant that connects photovoltaic systems, energy storage, heat pumps, and charging stations to enhance the profitability of interconnected customer installations.

In Short

• Develop marketing strategies for Commercial & Industrial Solutions to increase brand awareness.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns tailored for B2B clients.
• Analyze target audiences and create content that effectively communicates product value.
• Create and maintain content for websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure communication reflects company values.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and technical teams to align marketing strategies.
• Measure and analyze marketing performance, reporting to management on campaign success.
• Conduct market analysis to monitor trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with C-level executives.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in renewable energy or industrial products.
• Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, especially in Commercial & Industrial Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of digital communication and online marketing channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• High level of initiative, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Analytical skills for measuring and optimizing marketing efforts.
• Team player mentality with a willingness to collaborate across disciplines.
