In Short

• Serve as a trusted and strategic advisor to Marketing business stakeholders
• Lead the Marketing digital transformation journey and own the delivery of initiatives
• Be responsible for day to day support and maintenance of Marketing systems
• Define what success looks like by defining OKRs and measuring KPIs
• Engage effectively with business stakeholders and lead a team of contractors/consultants
• Research new vendors, technologies, and industry best practices
• Partner with Marketing teams to define requirements and drive adoption
• Steer selection and integration of Marketing technologies
• Drive secure, resilient, and scalable technology solutions
• Collaborate with other technology leaders

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in leading marketing technology platform transformations
• 5+ years of experience in people management
• Strong performance record in managing successful marketing programs
• Deep expertise in Customer Data Platforms and Marketing Automation
• Experience with campaign management platforms
• Exceptional business and technical acumen
• Solid experience in Marketo, Iterable, 6sense, and other technologies
• Familiarity with GenAI in marketing
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
