Marketing Manager - CRM Systems - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly technical Marketing Manager to lead the development and maintenance of our white label ESP systems for CRM programs. In this role, you will enable our partners to effectively manage their CRM initiatives.

In Short

• Build and maintain the tooling and technical infrastructure for whitelabel CRM programs
• Administer, configure, and maintain the ESP and each individual workspace per program.
• Partner regularly with Eng on system integrity, efficiency, and troubleshooting.
• Create and monitor complex automations with static and dynamic target and content.
• Ensure whitelabel partners have the tools necessary to set up campaigns, tests, segmentation and complex personalization logic.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Partner Marketing, Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Data Science.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of hands-on experience executing CRM programs.
• Experience leveraging a complex marketing automation/CRM system like ExactTarget, Braze or Responsys.
• Deep expertise in customer segmentation, list management, deliverability and CAN-SPAM laws.
• Experience with data-driven marketing and building programs that drive incremental results.
• Exceptional project management skills and experience managing multiple competing projects.
• Customer obsessed and a creative thinker.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to effectively coordinate complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
