• Develop trigger communications for different customer segments to drive conversions
• Plan and execute special email campaigns to drive revenue

• Create A/B tests to optimize messaging
• Develop reports on campaign success and provide recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM marketing
• Proven experience with email and SMS marketing
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis experience
• Experience with CRM tools like Customer.io
• Familiarity with Customer.io features for segmentation and campaign management
• Experience managing automated workflows within CRMs
• Ability to integrate marketing tools for a seamless customer experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate well in a team environment
