Overview

As an Account Manager at 3E, you will drive business growth in the APAC region, focusing on customer retention and expansion through strategic relationship management and regulatory solutions.

In Short

  • Manage a book of business in Japan and APAC.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities within customer businesses.
  • Develop relationships with senior leadership to expand services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Forecast sales pipeline and monitor account health.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions.
  • Plan and manage renewal activities for account growth.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers.
  • Gather customer feedback to influence product strategies.
  • Collaborate with the broader Commercial team in Japan.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, customer success, or account management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Native-level Japanese and fluent English skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven results-driven mindset with a strong sales track record.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building.
  • Ability to travel within Japan and occasionally across APAC.
  • Must work from the Tokyo office three days per week.
