Overview

As a Support Agent for the EMEA region, you will provide assistance to our German customers via email, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of support experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Client-centric mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting tools and concepts.
  • Excellent writing skills in German, English, and French.
  • Fluency in English (B2 level or equivalent).
  • Passion for learning and simplifying complex information.
  • Enthusiasm for the company culture.
