Overview

Join our growing Finance team to support the company's expansion and help achieve our ambitious goals. In this role, you will assist with key financial processes and contribute to the efficient running of the department.

In Short

  • Assist with the Customer cash collection process.
  • Send reminders for due invoices.
  • Follow up with customers regarding payments.
  • Manage shared billing email for customer and sales requests.
  • Assist with direct debit collections from customers.
  • Process vendor payments accurately and on time.
  • Support employees with expense claims.
  • Participate in key initiatives to improve financial processes.
  • Work closely with Sales and Legal teams.
  • Become proficient in financial tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Cash Collection activities.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Upflow, NetSuite, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer and vendor accounting principles.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Fluent in French (B2 level or equivalent).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Enthusiasm for the working environment and company culture.
