Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. Manager of Renewals to build, lead and scale our global renewals function.

• Drive retention and minimize churn.

• Strong strategic thinking and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and renewal forecasting.
• Experience in implementing renewal frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and customer success platforms.
• Experience with global SaaS organizations.
