Overview

As a Staff Business Program Manager, Security, you’ll join the Engineering Operations (EngOps) team at 1Password, providing strategic and operational leadership to the CISO/CIO while managing high-impact programs across the technology organization.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of program/project management experience.
• Experience in technology, security, or product organizations.
• Ability to influence decisions and drive strategy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a matrixed organizational structure.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience managing program budgets.
• Comfortable in dynamic environments.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact programs.
