Overview

As a Sales Engineer for the SMB segment at 1Password, you’ll be a trusted technical advisor, driving revenue growth and improving win rates through strategic technical guidance.

In Short

  • Collaborate with various teams to drive product adoption.
  • Must be based in Eastern Time Zone.
  • Remote opportunity available within Canada and the US.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and problem-solving.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks preferred.
  • Working knowledge of modern sales qualification frameworks.
