Senior Partner Specialist, MSP - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Partner Specialist, MSP, you will play a critical role in owning, elevating, and scaling the operational foundation of the MSP Partner Program.

In Short

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in partnerships, operations, implementation, or other operationally focused roles.
• 3+ years of experience in a SaaS or technology environment in a partner-facing, customer success or go-to-market function.
• Strong operational mindset with experience executing and scaling deliverables through systems and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify process gaps and formulate improvements.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
• Experience working with technology, cybersecurity, or IT-focused products.
• Support MSP partners across regions and time zones.
• Document, maintain, and evolve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for MSP workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.

• Demonstrated experience owning and improving operational workflows.
• High attention to detail and comfort managing complex workflows.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, using metrics to inform decisions.
• Experience using 1Password is a bonus.
