Solutions Engineer SMB - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at 1Password, you will help improve sales productivity and deal flow by providing technical expertise and assist teams within Go-to-Market in achieving their sales targets.

In Short

• Provide technical expertise to improve sales productivity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Support resources.
• Interact with key customer technical decision-makers.
• Proactively scope technical solutions to address customer requirements.
• Develop competitive analysis sheets.
• Provide technical coaching to sales teams.
• Prepare proposals and respond to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs.
• Occasional travel may be required for events.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Remote position within Canada and the US.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in customer-facing activities in a B2B environment.
• Minimum of 2 years disseminating technical information.
• Superior presentation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to investigate and explore solutions for customers.
• Strong autonomy in driving projects.
• Highly adaptable to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, and SaaS.
• Experience in the security industry is an asset.
