Overview

The Commercial Legal Counsel at 1Password will proactively advise internal clients on various legal matters including contracts, marketing, and compliance, while collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements

• A Juris Doctorate or equivalent degree with bar membership.
• 2-4 years of relevant in-house experience.
• Experience in negotiating commercial transactions.
• Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide proactive legal advice.
• Knowledge of SaaS industry data privacy laws.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
