Join 12Go, a leading multimodal online travel agency, as a Junior Customer Support representative. This role involves connecting with customers and assisting them with their travel inquiries.

In Short

• Handle incoming customer inquiries through the CRM platform.
• Assist customers with bookings, payment issues, travel disruptions, and ticket confirmations.
• Troubleshoot problems and offer clear, actionable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve cases.
• Work 8 hours per day with a one-hour break.
• Shift from 15:00 - 00:00.
• 2 days off per week depending on manpower.
