Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience, with 3 years in PHP.
• Experience with high-load systems and performance tuning.
• Strong algorithmic thinking and architectural evaluation skills.
• Familiarity with distributed systems concepts.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to balance independence and collaboration.
• Fluency in English.
• Hands-on Rust experience is a plus.
• Background in geospatial data or ML-driven services is desirable.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
