Marketing Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Designer at the junior+/middle level to join the 12Go marketing team. We need someone who can create clear, polished, and visually strong marketing design, quickly adapt materials to different formats, and work confidently within brand guidelines.

In Short

• Create social media visuals in line with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
• Adapt designs for partner platforms and collaborations without losing clarity, brand consistency, or the core promotional message.
• Develop creative assets for promotional campaigns: static banners, promo visuals, key messages, and their adaptations.
• Create videos for promotional campaigns and social media.
• Prepare presentations and decks for internal company departments.
• Prepare design files for email templates intended for дальнейшей HTML сборки — including structure, block states, adaptability, and clean delivery for implementation.
• Maintain order in source files, exports, and handoff files: clear naming, logical layer structure, correct dimensions, and well-prepared states.

Requirements

• Junior+/middle level experience in marketing design.
• Ability to create visually strong marketing materials.
• Experience with social media and promotional campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines.
• Ability to adapt designs for various formats and audiences.
• Proficiency in video creation for marketing purposes.
• Organizational skills for managing design files.
