Junior Dental Customer Support - Remote

Overview

As a Dental Customer Support at Osteoid, you will be working in conjunction with our dental professionals, acting as the bridge between our customers and the production team to ensure that the final product is designed as the doctor specifies.

In Short

• Complete department training requirements under direct supervision
• Conduct surgical case planning with doctors
• Provide product assistance via phone and email
• Conduct product training with new customers
• Follow up with surgical case progress
• Build a professional working relationship with doctors
• Provide clinical feedback from doctors to the production team
• Train for and complete bone reduction cases with direct supervision
• Successfully passes validation training
• Complaint handling
• Resolve kickbacks
• Receive 3rd party data
• Other relevant duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field
• 0-1+ year of full time work experience
• Strong computer knowledge, easily able to pick up new software applications
• Capable of learning clinical dental terms and medical concepts
• Excellent phone skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and organizational skills
• High accountability and responsibility
