Overview

The Regional Vice President will be responsible for setting and implementing the Salesforce Go-to-market sales strategy in the Enterprise Aerospace and Federal System Integrator segment.

  • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Attract, mentor, and develop top sales talent.
  • Ensure alignment and seamless execution across the business.
  • Drive forecast accuracy and sales stage verification.
  • Strong focus on recruiting and retaining a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Leadership.
  • 10+ years in software and/or applications sales.
  • Experience selling to the CxO level, ideally CIO.
  • Recent experience with Enterprise customer segment.
  • Proven track record in Public Sector sales, especially Aero/FSI vertical.
  • Strong background in leading complex account teams.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills.
  • Eligibility for security clearance required.
