Overview

The Customer Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor and partner for Salesforce’s customer organizations, focusing on maximizing the value of their Salesforce investment, particularly in the Commerce Cloud.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years work experience in customer success or technology consulting.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Salesforce product certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of software development processes.
  • Experience with enterprise-level customers.
