Overview

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at FICO, you will be responsible for delivering FICO’s state-of-the-art applications in both the private and public cloud space, adding significant value to customer delivery with your project management, cyber security, and technical expertise.

In Short

  • Manage IT relationships and concerns for clients.
  • Develop technology solution knowledge within clients.
  • Ensure success of new services for clients.
  • Manage customer satisfaction and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with Cyber Security team on security policies.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Self-directed work delivery with appropriate escalation.
  • Experience with agile and waterfall project management.
  • Engage with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Experience across the technology stack.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Experience in technical SaaS implementations.
  • History of increasing responsibility in customer implementations.
  • PMP Project Management certification preferred.
  • Experience with environments containing cardholder data and PII.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to own problems and find solutions.
  • Fluent in English.
