The Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Salesforce is responsible for ensuring the success of the company's largest customers by acting as a primary contact point and trusted advisor, focusing on their business goals and maximizing the value of their Salesforce investment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Technical Customer Success or SaaS platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Experience with cross-functional team leadership.
  • Preferred: 2+ years in Salesforce Ecosystem.
  • Salesforce product certifications are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Marketing Cloud and digital marketing trends.
  • Degree or equivalent experience required.
