Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will serve as a trusted advisor for Salesforce’s customer organizations, focusing on maximizing the value of their Salesforce investment, particularly for Commerce Cloud Signature customers.

In Short

• Act as a single point of accountability for customer success.
• Forge deep relationships with customer IT and business leadership.
• Provide mentorship on Salesforce features and best practices.
• Manage high-severity customer incidents and communications.

• Available for after-hour or weekend coverage as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in Digital and E-Commerce environments.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms.
• Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Experience with Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Salesforce product certifications are a plus.
• Experience with enterprise-level customers.
• Additional EU language beneficial.
