Overview

Aplos is seeking a growth-minded Account Manager to deliver a world-class customer experience, focusing on customer retention, expansion, and cross-selling multiple products for the Aplos customer base.

In Short

  • Own retention, expansion, and cross-selling for Aplos customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and help customers achieve success with products.
  • Monitor customer health and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Manage customer onboarding and renewals.
  • Develop scalable processes for customer engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Drive customer adoption and usage of products.
  • Use customer data to prioritize tasks and communications.
  • Work in a mission-driven, innovative team environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • A keen eye for opportunities to increase customer value.
  • Ability to pitch products and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resilience.
  • Ability to juggle multiple relationships and tasks.
  • Experience with Gainsight and/or Salesforce is a bonus.
  • Ability to evaluate and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Genuine passion for serving nonprofit and church customers.
  • Ability to create and execute processes for growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
