Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of SaaS sales experience.
  • At least 2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret sales data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with a collaborative approach.
  • Experience in scaling sales teams in a startup environment.
