Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

Zus is a shared health data platform designed to accelerate healthcare data interoperability by providing easy-to-use patient data via API, embedded components, and direct EHR integrations. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Manager to drive onboarding and integration efforts for our customers.

In Short

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for new client projects.
• Develop detailed scope of work and project plan.
• Monitor project progress and implement mitigation strategies.
• Own the full technical onboarding process.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for clients during implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective communication.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for clients.
• Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards.
• Passion for improving healthcare in the US.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical implementation or systems integration.
• Experience integrating with EMRs.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and data ingestion pipelines.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms.
• Proficient in technical debugging and problem solving.
• Experience with secure environments and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• A self-starter attitude for a growth-stage startup.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
