Overview

This position involves providing technical support and assistance to customers remotely, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues at first contact.

In Short

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance via phone, chat, and email.
  • Experience in Core IT Support, addressing clients worldwide (24*7).
  • Troubleshoot and configure desktop hardware and peripherals.
  • Work effectively in a team and communicate through chat systems.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware diagnosis, and software troubleshooting.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform tasks within SLAs.
  • Document ticket creation and follow up with customers.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to procedures and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • 0-0.6 months of experience in IT Support.
  • Bsc (IT, Computer) or B.Tech/BE, BCA, M.Tech, MCA, Msc (Computer).
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues faster.
  • 24/7 rotational shift availability.
