UX Architect - Remote

Overview

The UX Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital transformation journey at Zones, focusing on designing elegant, intuitive, and user-centric experiences for data-intensive applications, ecommerce platforms, and double-sided marketplaces.

In Short

• Create and own the information architecture for client-facing self-support applications.
• Conduct hands-on information architecture work, including site maps and wireframing.
• Facilitate client workshops for thoughtful decision-making.
• Research target audiences' needs and create relevant artifacts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Convey expected experiences through documentation.
• Participate in sales activities by understanding client needs.
• Create efficient and reusable UI design systems.
• Identify and resolve performance issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive product design and engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a UX designer for enterprise software.
• 5+ years of experience in software development building e-commerce software.
• Proficiency with prototyping tools such as Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma.
• Experience with research and usability testing tools.
