Overview

The Help Desk Analyst L1 will provide Level 1 support to clients, assisting with IT product and service issues, and troubleshooting various technical problems.

  • Identify hardware and software requests.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in help desk/service desk preferred.
  • Knowledge of desktop hardware and peripherals.
  • Effective soft skills and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Windows 10.
