Overview

The Diagnostics Technical Support role involves assisting end users and partners with veterinary diagnostic products, providing technical assistance, and driving process improvements in a remote-first environment.

In Short

  • Assist veterinary clinics and research labs with technical inquiries.

  • Support product performance and operations training.

Requirements

  • Relevant college education and 2+ years of experience in technical support.
  • Experience with point-of-care diagnostics preferred.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to coach and motivate peers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English preferred.
  • Additional European languages are a plus.
  • Dependable and organized with a safety-minded approach.
  • Ability to work in a remote setting with extended computer use.
