Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of CRM integration, lead scoring, and customer journey optimization.
• Proven ability to analyze data, track key performance metrics, and adjust automation strategies accordingly.
• Expertise in A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization techniques.
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS / startup environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
