In Short

• Manage borrower bankruptcy filings within Zippy’s manufactured home loan portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with federal bankruptcy laws and investor requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments, external counsel, and trustees.
• Monitor and track active bankruptcy filings, including Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 cases.
• Prepare and submit various bankruptcy-related documents.
• Maintain case documentation and ensure timely filing of motions.
• Collaborate with different teams to manage loans under bankruptcy protection.
• Identify process gaps and propose enhancements.
• Support automation initiatives for tracking and communication.
• Maintain KPI reporting for open cases and compliance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in bankruptcy servicing or legal processing.
• Strong knowledge of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 processes.
• Experience with servicing and court filing systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements consistently.
