Overview

Zip is seeking a strategic, data-driven AI Search & SEO Manager to lead our evolution from traditional search optimization to a future-forward model that includes generative and conversational AI discovery.

In Short

• Own and evolve Zip’s organic search strategy, including traditional SEO and AI-powered discovery.
• Build and prioritize a quarterly SEO + AIO roadmap.
• Lead keyword, intent, and entity analysis.
• Develop strategies to increase visibility across AI platforms.
• Drive initiatives for engaging SEO and AIO-optimized content.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams.
• Monitor search performance and report on metrics.
• Stay ahead of trends in AI search behavior.
• Experiment with tools to optimize content for LLMs.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in SEO or technical marketing.
• Deep understanding of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with emerging AI platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SEO tools.
• Ability to derive insights from data.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills.
